Hello folks! I’m currently in beautiful Fairfax, Virginia sitting at a delightful little local coffee shop called De Clieu (on the corner of University and Main) working on my presentations for C&W 2018. Last year I did a speedy drive-by stop in to the conference to present in Findlay, Ohio, but this year I’m here all weekend to take in the Virginia sights, present one paper and participate in one roundtable, and catch up with friends and colleagues from all across the Rhetoric and Composition World.
So, if you are a fellow C&W attendee this year, follow me and/or drop me a line via twitter, where I’m @theinsomniakid, or come see me present my work!
Here’s my schedule:
Friday, May 25th
3:45 pm – 5:00pm, JC-239 — D13: Preservation, Research, and Curating in the Archives
Paper: “Feminist Archiving as Phronesis: Archive of Our Own and Creating Space for Interactive Digital Curation.”
Saturday, May 26th
3:45pm – 5:00pm, JC-A — H.3: Frenetic G-TAHs in a Phronetic World: Preparing Graduate Students for Future Teaching Responsibilities
Roundtable Participant
See you in and around Fairfax!
